Design Development follows the floor plan and exterior/interior concepts developed in the previous phase. At this stage we begin providing 3D space planning views, schematics and more with a more closely aligned accuracy and attention to detail. At this stage you can usually expect to see floor plans, 3D views, area sections, elevations and equipment details. Broad dimensions will usually be provided at this stage to ensure your layout is not only accurate but beginning to be reflected correctly to build standards needed.
