At this stage, you and your design professional will review all of the preliminary design sketches, equipment arrangements and more. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on updates desired, changes that should take place as well a last opportunity to provide any existing building conditions before the design development and detail process begins. This stage is critical to having any building information or design intent information readily available and accessible to your design professional.
